Heated Vinyasa

Our Heated Vinyasa classes link mind, body and breath by cultivating strength, discipline, and focused awareness through intentional movement. Asana are skillfully sequenced and intentionally placed in order to increase strength and flexibility while relieving unnecessary tension and inviting a sense of calm, balance and ease. A powerful Vinyasa is one which connects steady effort with the intention of moving towards what is sacred or most important to us, centering on proper alignment and form but leaving room for freedom, fluidity and flow.

Temperature: Class is heated between 88-92 degrees using infrared radiant heat. Come hydrated, you will sweat!


Vinyasa

Our Vinyasa classes link mind, body and breath by cultivating strength, discipline, and focused awareness through intentional movement. Asana are skillfully sequenced and intentionally placed in order to increase strength and flexibility while building heat from the inside out through slow, steady, and even breathing. At the same time focus is placed on relieving unnecessary tension and inviting a sense of calm, balance and ease. A powerful Vinyasa is one which connects steady effort with the intention of moving towards what is sacred or most important to us, centering on proper alignment and form but leaving room for freedom, fluidity and flow.

Temperature: Ambient to Kauai’s tropical climate, lightly heated in the winter months. Windows & doors are opened throughout practice to allow for periods of cooling.

Hatha II

Hatha II is a strong foundational class with an emphasis on alignment for those looking to refine their practice and build stable foundations. Postures are encouraged to be held for longer periods often with the support of props, allowing for the benefits of each pose to become fully accessible, while building strength and stamina.

Temperature: Non Heated. Ambient to Kauai’s tropical climate. Windows & doors remain open for practice, tradewinds flowing through; fans on during the summer months.


Hatha with Sound Healing

A Hatha yoga practice focused on cultivating a relationship with our body's intuitive intelligence. In this practice, we explore structural alignment with slow meditative movements combined with pranayama, mantra, and mudra. Space for deep rest is held by the sound of the crystal singing bowls in Savasana.

Temperature: Non Heated. Windows & doors remain open for practice, tradewinds flowing through; fans on during the summer months.


Hot Core Fusion

A high energy low impact fusion of Yoga & Fitness that offers a true blend of balance, core awareness, strengthening and flexibility. Hot Core Fusion combines a powerful yoga flow under infrared heat through strengthening and toning work with an emphasis on breathing, posture, complete core (not just ‘your ab’s’ !) and stability. Class may use light weights, bands, blocks, sliders or other props to enhance your practice. This workout will challenge you and leave you drenched with a clean and satisfying sweat!

Sculpt

Sculpt is a unique combination of power yoga and strength training designed to create a full-body workout. Combining traditional yoga poses and principles with strength training and props like hand weights, the sclpt co fitness bands, blocks, sliders and more, this high-intensity workout will leave you feeling stronger, refreshed and uplifted.

Temperature: Class is heated up to 94 degrees using infrared radiant heat. Come hydrated, you will sweat!


Hot Pilates

Hot Pilates is a high energy, high intensity, low impact fitness class that uses Pilates principles in our infrared heated room. This energetic class is designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, posture, and enhance mental awareness. Class may use light weights, bands, blocks or stability balls to enhance your practice. This workout will challenge you and leave you drenched with a clean and satisfying sweat

 Temperature: Class is heated up to 95 degrees using infrared radiant heat. Come hydrated, you will sweat!


Relax Deeply

A practice of letting go. Relax Deeply is a curated practice of poses that promotes access to the parasympathetic nervous system by building a bridge with breath to eventually experience total relaxation and stillness in the body. This is a restorative yoga practice accessible for all regardless of experience or ailments. Props are used to support longer holds with ease, while emphasis on slow, even breathing soothes the nerves and cultivates steadiness within. A wonderful opportunity to explore depth without strain, find comfort within discomfort and drop into deeper states of relaxation.

Candlelit Meditation & Reiki Circle

This quiet practice set in our candlelit space is designed to open you up to deep relaxation while inviting clarity and tranquility in the mind. Reiki is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen life force energy flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's life force energy is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.

A Reiki treatment can feel like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing. It is a simple, natural and safe method of healing and creates a beneficial effect.

Perfect for all levels, this is a meditation on letting go and relaxing the body and mind.
